Gilad Turok

Hey ! I’m an incoming CS PhD student at Cornell Tech , fortunate to be supported by the NSF GRFP. I am also a Guest Researcher at the Flatiron Institute.

My research interests are broadly in probablistic machine learning :

• deep generative models
• large language models
• AI4Science
• sampling & statistical inference

I am currently interning at Uber working on RL for experimentation.

Before grad school, I spent two wonderful years at the Flatiron Institute with Dr. Bob Carpenter. Before that, I graduated from Columbia with a BA in Applied Math.
